Selkirk Supported Employment Services
Program establishes goals with the participant to work towards attaining employment. Program provides a support system for the participant when they begin to start activities related to becoming employed. Assistance in developing and preparing a resume and learning job search strategies is provided by the program. The program advocates for the participant in securing suitable PAID employment. Employment coordinator is available to assist in providing the participant with job coaching throughout the training at the employer's. This job coaching helps to reduce the cost of the training for the employer.
