Community Home Services Program , (CHSP)
The Community Home Services Program (CHSP) is a program designed to provide opportunities for EIA clients to gain work experience and develop work skills so that they can get jobs. CHSP assists low income senior citizens and disabled persons by providing light duty house cleaning, yard work, snow shoveling, occasional heavy duty cleaning, occasional odd jobs and one way transportation to medical appointments.
